  How to clear your mind before getting to sleep
 
Of course it's hard for everyone to get asleep when they have many a lot of stuff to think about (deadline, jobs, etc). To make it short, there are several ways you can do to achieve a clear mind, here they are:

* sometimes, you need to forget what you have to do tomorrow. Just make your mind relax. Thinking about what you must do tomorrow can increase your anxiety and worriness.

* Do not drink anything that contain caffeine (such as tea, coffee, and sodas) before you want to go to sleep. And remember not to drink anything that can interfere you deep sleep.

* get relax by taking a bath.

* do a little stretching. It is good because it can help you release all of the tension in your body out.

* pray

* make your bed as comfort as possible. The most important thing is, it can support your back and neck, so that you can gain a deep sleep.
