If you read the above title " misguided understanding of Fitness" , you may be wondering , "What a wrong ya ? " understanding of fitness " Fitness " , then where lies one fault? . You are right , understanding that fitness is fitness .

Fitness word itself comes from the translation of the English language . But apparently for some of our communities , said fitness was still synonymous with sport sense " weight training " instead of " fitness " . Yet precisely weight training is just one sport that can improve fitness . So from now on if you happen to own a still misunderstanding about the meaning of fitness , of course, with this brief explanation , you have to understand . Fitness means Fitness .

To obtain a fitness body / body fitness ideal , there are various types of sports that can be your choice to improve fitness . Just choose that suits your needs . There is a weight training exercise , football , basketball , jogging , aerobics , karate , boxing and so forth . All branches of the sport if done regularly , coupled with compliance with nutrition and adequate rest the body fitness you crave to be achieved
